While I was happy with the progress I made over the 20 minutes I spent in it.......I'm pretty sure I drank about 3 gallons of water. Hoping its worth the stomach full of chlorine. Anyone else have this problem or have any tips?

As a swim instructor i tell all my clients , they needs to rotate a little more on the side. Not just turn your head but your ribs as well. Might sounds weird but almost guarantee to work. Hope this helps. |

Hope this helps. By the end of the set I was really trying to rotate my body more, and it was starting to help. This is pretty much the reason I wanted to start as I know I dont rotate as much to that side all the time. I can tell because every now and then I catch my left arm dragging through the water on recovery. Thanks for the advise, I will definitly try keep this in mind the next time I work on this. |
