Champion 6656 | Subject: RE: Run your azz off in July Ghoulies!!! Also former/current competitive swimmers are crappy examples to base your own swimming off of. Do not feel bad about your swimming!! Just keep swimming, just keep swimming... PS.^^^ is the most horrible song to have in your head while actually swimming...IMHO |

So swimming is going to go nekkid???? |

So swimming is going to go nekkid???? WOOHOO!!! No unfortunately not. The rules have changed that suits must be made out of "cloth" material and men are only allowed to wear at max suits from hip-knee and women are only allowed shoulders to knee with an open back. Last year was the first year of racing with these rules because FINA/IOC/USA swimming/etc. said that swim suit technology was getting so ridiculous that it was taking away from people training. You didn't have to be in the best shape to be able to go fast because the suit compensated. No more full body suits. No more plastics, latex, rubber, etc. Its back to polyester, nylon, lyrca, etc. |

We used to have putting on race suit parties in the changeroom at meets. Such a pain in the azz, haha. You needed to make sure you had enough time to rest after getting one on. Which reminds me...I need to make sure I get a race suit...I have no race suits anymore... |

If I didn't already have 2, and a list 9 miles long of other things I'd like to have I'd have gotten another one. |

Seeing how the UofA Varsity is at the majority of meets I will be going to..prob not appropriate. And my other aquablade is pretty much seethrough...Also not appropriate...haha I'll have to look around at Team Aquatic Supplies today! When I am not doing surg! |
