Champion 16743 Somewhere I can be nekidd | Subject: RE: Ghoulies HMs and margaritas kns57 - 2013-02-25 8:38 AM I got in a walk last night after work. It was only 1/5 miles, and very slow. At about 3/4 of a mile my hip and leg started to hurt. Gosh Darn It! But I will admit it was not as bad as it has been, so that it good news. Will try the elliptical tonight at the gym. Pain is not good. Has anyone given you any kind of strengthening exercises for it? |

Right now the PT is working on a small bit of strength, flexibility, and of course trying the trigger point dry needling (I have a pin cushion hip of bruises) to trigger healing to that area. I go back to the Ortho in 3 weeks. I believe that we may be talking about the platelet procedure that he mentioned last time. Good news, if I don't exercise there is improvement. The pain is much reduced. |

I can't do nothing. It sucked enough not really being able to shoot baskets with the kiddos this winter, I want to be able to play softball this spring. |

I am definitely not one to just sit around all day. I need to be up doing things. Not to say I don't enjoy sitting and reading a good book. I just can't do that day in and day out. I need a balance. MotoQueen 13195 | Subject: RE: Ghoulies HMs and margaritas I so dislike when workmen, well really anyone, lies to your face. I ordered 27 feet of good wood picture molding. They only put up 13 feet of it and then got crap wood to finish the rest. I asked where my wood was and they claimed they used it. I can tell the difference between 4 foot lengths of wood pieced together from one long piece of wood. It just kills me. This one county workman is the laziest and most dishonest person I know and no amount of filing complaints seems to do anything. Aggravating. I keep asking who he is related to in county government that they can't seem to do anything about him. |

I can't stand it when a person like that is allowed to keep on and on because no one wants to stand up to the job of actually documenting stuff enough to fire them! Or as you say they have pull with someone. |

Champion 16743 Somewhere I can be nekidd | Subject: RE: Ghoulies HMs and margaritas I got the injection in my shoulder this afternoon. I can't lift my arm at all now, and it burns like you wouldn't believe. She said that should go away in 2-5 days. I'm still supposed to rest it, no pitching softballs, swimming, shooting basketballs, or lifting, but I can do yoga, and it shouldn't bother me when I run. In a few weeks I should be back to normal... or normal for me. |
