And, I didn't want to get woosey, because the treads were pretty empty. My dog always looks at me pathetically when I am playing on BT, so I put her on my lap so that she could help me. Nope, not good enough for her, she is now laying next to my computer, on my desk. Difficult to ignore her when she is there. good job listening to your body!
Thats a smart puppy... cant blame her for wanting to be the centre of attention! Yup - here's my blog-dog OMG, she is too cute! Just wants to be close to mom!  |

A grand total of 8 sets of pushups spread throughout, monster lunges, plank series. ..And it lives up to the title, the only thing sed is a towel. It's a seriously hardcore workout but it didn't leave me wiped out, just knew I had worked is all. Now about that little black dress thing...The last 2 functions I went to I wore a black lace turtleneck with a different lace skirt (black lace over cream) and got monsterous compliments. People thought I had some expensive dress on and it was definitely a steal hmm sounds good!!!! the dress ad the DVD glad to be of assistance here... gee, spokes didn't react to the heels and black hose. I must have lost my touch tonight Houston... do you have our video yet? Pictures. But the thought is nice too. I had to HUNT to see you actually responded, I was beginning to think I couldn'tplay over here anymore... |
