Hi Nibbs!

what's happening?

mmm.... they are SO YUMMY!!!!   Cooked properly and the meat is wonderful... can't quite compare it to anything else... kind of like chicken (but isn't that what everyone says about any white meat they can't explain - ie alligator)

Just finally got to my desk moments ago... it's definitely a Monday here at work...

I got to work sorta late cuz C stayed home sick - he got a bad case of food poisening yestersday - he was miserable

Hi Mila!  Yes.  We did get snow yesterday.  It didn't stick.  High of 64 on Thursday... 

What?!  No blog today?!  There must be a few folks with their undies in a bunch...

I like to keep people on their toes like that.

Snow??  Well, it's really cold here, too... 54-ish and very windy. 

*sniff sniff*

I want snow   It's supposed to hit 70 today... it's not even cold enough for them to start making snow...  I sure hope the weather here changes soon....

Hi Heather!  Yeah, I know you love skiing and all, but c'mon...you have a serious case of seasonal disorder...

I'm hoping for at least another month of fall...

It's to make up for the fact that the entire first 24 years of my life were spent in constant Summer/Fall/Spring (okay so it snowed twice when I was a kid, but it only stayed on the ground for a few hours)

As well, I've already picked up the kiddo's skiis and ordered/recieved his new bibs... we're ready!!!!

Oh and I have my new trainer, so despite the gorgeous weather for outdoor riding, I'm set for snow. 

I'm hungry...

what do y'all eat for lunch... any suggestions...

It's such a weird comparison.  My guess is that frog legs taste like frog legs.

I'm pretty willing to try anything once.  

The women who own the company were really nice too.  I almost bought the cupcake one, but they didn't have any left in my size.  I'll have to order one later. 

Today I had Chef Boyardee ravioli.  I don't think that's what you were looking for. 

And of course if they are fried, they are absolutely out of this world... of course not much tastes bad once it's deep fried Unless the batter is horrid.

hmm... no, had spaghetti meatball sandwiches for lunch yesterday...

I brought some turkey and provolone for sandwich today, but just not in a sandwich mood....

two hours later..

I finally decided on enchilada... it's so yummy... the pork is sweet....

WHere IS everyone????

Trying to feel like I've got a handle on my work situation...Mondays seem to go by quickly...

I brought my lunch today...leftover southwest chili...

mmm... chili.... sounds good... esp if it was actually cold... LOL

I'm just not motivated to work today.... I REALLY should spend sometime cleaning off my desk and checking my voicemails (I'm sure I'll get to those SOON)

^^^^ Maybe a little DuranDuran will motivate me...
