Yesterday was a bike day, so no run. But a hill run on tap tonight after work. I'm a little concerned about my knee, though. It doesn't actually hurt, but is stiff and swollen feeling. I get a little tweak on the inside of my patella sometimes when I stand up. Not sure what's going on here, but I am fighting the idea of not running. I finally have a groove going and I don't want to mess it up, dangit!
