eating what's been baked

I'm going to the kitchen.

Eating is good too... We decorated pre-made gingerbread men & trees, then we baked (healthy) PB chocolate chip cookies, (healthy) oatmeal toffee cookies, and (unhealthy) pumpkin bread w/ chocolate chips. I think I've eaten enough dough to last me until tomorrow.

wow, that's a lot of baking - I've never been into baking much - in fact, I'm not sure I've ever made Christmas cookies, how pathetic is that?

My toes are cold.  I am going to take a hot shower.  I am getting tired of my toes being cold.

My toeses and fingerses are always cold this time of year. I usually take a hot shower before going to bed or I can't sleep.

Hi Nibbs - what a BIG morning and its only 11am!!!

All the fresh food shopping, seafood, supermarket, coffee, flowers... home to drop it all off then bike shop to get my bike back (guess what? They didnt charge me anything! MERRY CHRISTMAS to me) - pick up another coffee and now taking a 10 minute break before the cooking choas starts... I actually got a fair bit done yesterday but my roast I had out to defrost over night is still pretty solid... ooops... 

Busy indeed, Miss Kitty Cat! Congrats on getting so much done!

I need to take a shower and get my laundry started quickly...the Nibbleteers just started turning up. 

I thought you were already going to take a shower to warm your toesies up!

Just suffering through my last night of work before the holiday break.  Feeling a little under the weather today - woke up with a sore throat and a cough - so I'm also trying to take in all the good foods and fluids that I can.  I'm flying south on the 27th.  I DO NOT want to be sick on vacation.

Im off to do some baking shortly but Im going to leave Nibbs up so I can see everyone!!!   And take LOTS of Nibb breaks

I keep hoping the magic laundry gnomes will come to my house and do my laundry while I'm sleeping.  So far...not really working out.

but then I became distracted by various conversations on BT.

Laundry is started and I am hopping in the shower....really!

I'm trying *really* hard not to fall asleep at work. Tired. Cough. But my spirits are very good. 'Tis the season to be giving and I am so happy to do it! Nothing big, just little things here and there.
