Champion 16743 Somewhere I can be nekidd | Subject: RE: Ghoulies October: us v BT Robin - speaking of organization, I think this is pretty close to being accurate for Carlsbad You and maybe your DH Me Kim Neal Melindy Amy maybe plus 1 I sent Katie an email but never heard back. Dee said she can't go. The Queen can't make it, she'll be in Vegas the week before. I'm not sure about Kendra. Tom has a place to stay, or he's always welcome to stay with me. We could do a house, or one of the race hotels have villas that sleep up to 10. I'm not sure which would be more economical. |

It is time to get back on track with the eating, lose the weight, get strong, get fit, be healthy and happy. Now I just need to figure out how to do all of that. I have a great goal setting sheet if you're interested. It has space for 3 major goals and each has space for several action steps to accompany it. I have started filling one out monthly to keep regular track of my progress. Maybe that's what I need. I'm not very organized at all. I'd like to be, I just don't know how. Maybe goal setting is the first step to recovery? I'm hyper organized so if you need any tips let me know. I just emailed the document to the address you have posted in your profile. It has really helped me stay on track and keep me accountable. It's too easy to disregard goals that aren't written down. OH Send it to me, too!! I am an organized person wannabe. No problem! I don't see an email on your profile - can you PM me? |

Everyone will be coming to Kona in the unlikely event of a KQ. My family like hypothetical "if, then" scenarios. I'm all about "let's not talk about it right now"... Remember your debate about your son and football Bill? We I figured out why I had the answer I did about not letting him quit. We had a discussion about DNS. My Mom basically concluded "unacceptable". We were specifically stating the example of some track guy who went to Beijing and pulled out of a 400m race because he wasn't feeling well. My Mom more or less stated that she didn't care if we vomited across the finish line...we would start and attempt with everything to finish the race. Haha. Thanks Mom. In her eyes DFL>>DNF>>DNS...noted. Haha Ya...that was dinner conversation. So is your mom calling Chrissie a weenie for not starting at Kona? Haha. I'm not sure...maybe? I'm pretty sure I would be expected to start unless something catastrophic was going on... Seeing how my Mom is a nurse and has worked international events I feel her statement is a little harsh. Maybe an IM would be a little bit different than a 3hr-16hr event? I dunno? |

What did you do??!!??!! Oh, I didn't do anything. My friend was being chatted up by this guy and sending dirty text messages, etc. And well turns out he has a gf down in Calgary. She was kind of falling along the lines of "well I never specifically asked him"...and I just said he was a giant a$$ and that lying by omission counts as misrepresentation which was no better than saying he didn't have a gf and carrying on the way he was with her. They were pretty dirty texts. a$$. |

Sure text messages are harmless, but if the girl he's messaging is led on thinking that something may come of this then she gets hurt. I'm sure there are lots who disagree, but that's my opinion and I'm sticking to it. There is more I could say on the matter but this is a family site. |
