As ashamed and disgusted as I was by the actions of some after the final hockey game, the day after the idiotic destruction of the downtown area made me smile and warmed my heart with the sheer number of volunteers that came out to help clean up the mess.  I sincerely hope that the more-ons that took part in the rioting, looting and destruction are caught and face punishment for their crimes.   

Well, they knew you weren't around to kick their azz and stop them from their pillage and plunder fest.

Exactly how I feel, Mon. Did you read that blog that's posted in the Van thread? Calling people out by name. Awesome.

Hey Cord, what's the status on that Vegas Half Marathon? Are you guys still planning on doing it? I'm starting to seriously consider joining you, if the open invite is still out there (and doing it on my own if not :P)

Troof!  There are some that just need an azz-kickin... and this was a perfect example!

I saw the blog... and hopefully the dumb f**ks will be caught shortly... maybe a public flogging?  I also posted on my FB one of the most well-written blurbs I've seen on the whole thing. 

How's things with you?

Things are alright. Relationships can be stressful, and getting nervous about my HIM (luckily I have 3 months left to train for it...). Other than that, workin', settling into my new place, looking for a more convenient tri club for me now... Lots going on. 

Also, LOVING the summer weather. Let me just say that Montreal has some VERY nice looking ladies, and they know how to comport themselves.

Glad I know how to make you feel good. I am pretty good, what have you been up too... good concert, sounds like you had a bit of fun.. makes me miss my Cowtown (calgary) days with all the boys

Nothing like a real cowboy, they do know how to love a women and really seem to have big strong hands....which I like!  But the whole animals, dirt and tracktor thing....does not fancy me.

I am well, been burning the candle at both ends and could use a long night of sleep but not happening anytime soon if I want to keep all the balls in the air.

What is the difference between urban and working cowboys?   The urban type wear chaps to smell purdy and the working type wear them for gettin stuff dun.

From what I can remember, it was more like being riden like a bull then love... hehehe. The dirt, tractors and animals makes great fun in the hay loft, so don't discredit it until you try it. Sleep, you need a vacation.

Honey, I went to college in Iowa.....I have tried it! Not my thing much rather be sprawled out on 1000 thread count sheets or the hood of a aston martin....they purr like a baby kitten.  Or so I hear?
