So I just took a kitchen break. Yaaaaaa creepy show. I'm up for ghoulies v. Non-ghoulies. This month I will swim, bike, strength. Might slowly start to run this month, but nothing slated in stone yet--maybe after remembrance day I'll do an easy run week and build from there.
