Champion 23360 Taser-World | Subject: RE: Team We heart T.I.T.S. Midweek Challenge Update!Greetings February Challenge Participants!Have you been wondering what's happening on all the teams? Here's a quick update! Team Swimming Rocks - Co-Captains: kns57, Milaminute and Devouahy The three team captains are currently fighting over possession of their beloved Little Pink Whip. The winner might end up being Devouahy, as he can hold his breath for 6 min 18 seconds – without turning blue! Unfortunately, Captain Kendra has bronchitis and needs to withdraw from the challenge – however she is now the Official Team Cheerleader! (Can you hear her in the background? She’s yelling, “Go team! Swim like rocks!” – Er, or something like that.) Team We  T.I.T.S. - Co-Captains: tnickerson and Tupuppy Well, I’ll give you one guess as to what this team is discussing. Yep, it’s "All T.I.T.S. – All the time." We’ve got T.I.T.S. that are pink and red, and even some with GLITTER. And some people, well, they have more T.I.T.S. than others. And… well, enough of that. I’m sure you get the idea. Pitter Patter of Fast Feet... aka PFFT - Captain: 1for1 Naked runs! Yep, that’s the topic on this team. After Waterdog66 told the team about his naked run, the team was quick to contemplate how they could do this too! Stop by to find out which members of this team do naked runs, which members live near nudist colonies, and which members really want to do naked runs but feel it’s just a tad too cold outside. LEMmings- the reRUN. Once again over the cliff. - Captain: RunnerX Next stop - Team LEMons. Er, I meant "Lemmings." (I don’t think they appreciate my loving nickname for them.) Many members of this team seem to be plagued by the plague. Others are dealing with “the drippy sinus thing.” Despite this, they’re still racking up some impressive mileage. And they finally chose their team name - if only to avoid having me select it for them! Gingerbread Joggers - Captain: Enders_Shadow Puberty, temper tantrums and the “teenage years.” This group is discussing the hormonal swings that make for parents’ nightmares. Team Captain Kristen said “Groovy.” (When was the last time you heard that word?) Pam (crea0029) will be doing an indoor tri this weekend – Good luck, Pam! Running With Scissors - Captain: Artemis With over 400 posts already, this team looks to be a clear winner in this month’s Post Count Challenge. (What? You didn’t know there’s a Posting Challenge? Well, now you do. Get posting! LOL) Julie (Girl Passing On Left) has been displaying her creativity with some great pictures! She’s also been named the team’s Official Highlights Poster! Steve (reno8) has learned how to put a GLITTERY team table on his training log. And Lynne’s (Scotinseattle) snake ate a mouse, while her bird bit her – um, please refer to the Team T.I.T.S. discussion! Hope you enjoyed this midweek challenge update! If you weren’t mentioned in the update – well, you must not have been posting enough! Try harder for next week! And in the meantime: SWIM! BIKE! RUN! Dee |

But after all, small T.I.T.S. beats no T.I.T.S. And maybe during the month, my T.I.T.S. will grow! (Where else but on this team thread could I say stuff like this? LOL? D001 - 2008-02-05 8:29 PM Look! I found a new glitter website! I'm so excited! OK, off to have some T.I.T.S.! I'm SO happy for you! More glitter = bigger & shinier T.I.T.S! If your T.I.T.S. grow too big (or too fast) you may require the use of a B.R.A. for further T.I.T.S. support. Seems my clients don't care that I need to work on my T.I.T.S. All they care about are their issues. Thus, no time to post. The challenge also started as I was headed into a recovery week. Have no fear though, I did spend some time increasing my T.I.T.S. this morning and will be back at it this weekend. And next week--well, you'll definitely see something more impressive from me. |

People you need to pump me up about Sunday B.A.L.L.S. please - the forecast is a little warmer but the wind is going to be 15-18 mph also. I am not looking forward to that at all, but I set the goal and I have to make it. Please give me some encouraging words like move to Tuscon before Friday or things along those lines. I am more than happy to lend you a supportive hand with your B.A.L.L.S. One thing I learned about my big T.I.T.S. from last month ... you can enjoy your T.I.T.S. no matter what. It's all about attitude. I mean, it's true that wind and cold means hard T.I.T.S., but I am certain that with B.A.L.L.S. you can rise to the occasion. If all else fails, wear a huge windbreaker and have fun parasailing! Edited by TriAya 2008-02-07 6:47 PM |

I would recommend using them as well because they are a lot more high intensity than you will do in any spinning class or probably on your own. This is my first winter using them so I cant say how they have helped my on-road performance but I feel great. I had a friend who spent all winter using them and he went from Cat 5 to racing Cat1/2/3 by May. He was a beast of a man......but he got injured and hasnt rode since |

Pro 4353 Wallingford, PA | Subject: RE: Team We heart T.I.T.S. I enjoyed my T.I.T.S. all by myself for a while this morning, but then I thought it might be fun to share my T.I.T.S. with other people! So I joined a group of other athletes, mostly women, and we all engaged in a proud, open, public display of our T.I.T.S.! By the time we were done, we all had hot, sweaty T.I.T.S., and there was lots of heavy breathing.... Most of my companions had bouncy T.I.T.S. They went up and down, up and down... But I kept my T.I.T.S. more restrained. I can thank the great B.R.A.'s here on BT for helping me keep my T.I.T.S. less bouncy, because I understand that triathletes don't really benefit much from the kind of bouncy T.I.T.S. you sometimes find in a spin class... (Translation: I spent about 40 minutes on a spin bike on my own, then joined a spin class for another 45 minutes. The instructor had the class in and out of the saddle a lot, but I mostly kept my butt planted on the saddle, 'cause I know all that up & down stuff doesn't aid much in my training. Total time: 1:25, roughly equivalent to 20 - 25 trainer miles. I'll call it 20 for tracking purposes) ENJOY YOUR T.I.T.S., EVERYBODY!! |
