Expert 831 Eltham North, Victoria | Subject: RE: Team Plucky Pineapples Finally got my long run in-60 minutes and my first swim(in nearly five years) -600m. I did a couple of swims a few weeks ago but as school hols were about to start I didn't see the point as I wouldn't get to a pool during the hols. So now the fun begins, trying to get some swim fitness back. |

Expert 1202 Montana | Subject: RE: Team Plucky Pineapples Hey, everybody, just a little reminder: Any form of biking counts toward your goal. (spin, stationary, trainer, etc.) Any form of moving your legs counts toward your running goal. (walking, eliptical, etc.) |

Master 2339 somewhere over the rainbow | Subject: RE: Team Plucky Pineapples so i'm planning a speedwork run today. 10 minutes slow then 4-4minute fast with 4 minute recovery walk. then 10 minutes slow to cool down. THEN this afternoon i'm hoping to catch a spin on the stationary bike. ooh, i forgot i'm supposed to be doing 10 core workouts too, maybe i'll do that before i run this morning. i just read about danskin disneyland! i think this would be SO FUN!! it's in june, and it's actually IN the park. how fun would THAT be?!? i think i'm going to try to do it next year. i'm doing danskin seattle this year, and i'm SO EXCITED about it. |

Expert 1202 Montana | Subject: RE: Team Plucky Pineapples Oh, sad, pineapples. We are #7 of 8. Boo hoo. C'mon, lets get some more distance/time on the board! As for me, I'm tapering this week, so I just did a leetle beety brick. 5.75 miles on the bike, and 1.8 miles on the run. Felt pretty good! |

Veteran 340 | Subject: RE: Team Plucky Pineapples Hi team, I am back from my mini furlough! What a weekend, all the rain/snow wind a guy could take! Funny it was all at the same time...if you don't like the weather in Montana just wait a minute. I was planning on getting some swim time in at the hotsprings, but the pool was 80 degrees brrrrrrrr. Problem being I should have started in the 45 temp pool and graduated to the 107, but.... Went to the doc today, happy dance! He gave me a new brace, one where I can put on a real shoe wooowooo. He told me to work my leg hard, I think I am on the mend. I rode my bike this morning and lifted for a half hour. Did not have as much ambition as I thought I would after a break, I think I got up way too early and went to bed way too late, because I was drained. K |

Member 23 | Subject: RE: Team Plucky Pineapples I can see that everyone is doing a great job. I know that we are going to make a comeback this week. I have to admit that I am probably part of the reason for our low ranking this week as I have been on vacation and only getting in a short run here and there but will get a long bike in this weekend and hopefully a couple of other good workouts when I get back on Thursday. kind of off topic question, but can someone help me with changing my avatar. I have looked everywhere. I know it is suppose to be in your control panels section but I cannot find it anywhere. Which tab is it under? Does someone know where there are directions? |

Click on this "Contol Panel" and it will get you there. I can't believe I know something computer like. Hope this helps. |

It sure is nice to have a little fan club. All the elderly people at our "Y" are always asking me, "How far did you run today," or, "How much weight have you lost now." |
