trainergirlmick - 2008-07-15 10:05 AM I cling on the link and I get an error message.

Which link did you click on?  Go to my blog and click on the Spreadsheet link and see if that works for you.

Stage 5 (of 10) of BT TdF Challenge now in the books.  I did 4 x Long Hill Repeats (5% grade, 2.58km).   I think this is equivalent to 4 Cat 4 climbs?

Rob - you're 78% to Paris already?!  Good for you.  Go Team Columbia!

Thanks Patricia. The extra ride I put in last week really bumped up my results. That and the extra time I put on each ride.
I'll be at 100% of time goal by Sunday as I have another hour ride slated for Sunday. Then I just need to get my other stage in. Should be no problem

Let go Team Columbia. I'll order croissants for everyone when I get to Paris

Cheers, I'll take a pain au chocolat with a nice espresso when I get there! I'll probably be there on Monday (once I meet my goals). See you all there!

go to gmail.com and type in that user name and password. Then go to documents and look for our team name. wow... how mountains do change everything. In one stage we lost all our jerseys! but as George H. said in an interview a few days ago "We've had a great Tour thus far. We could go home tomorrow and say we did well." I am excited to see what this really young team can do in the future!

It's Superweek in Vancouver this week. So a weekend stage race then a crit on wednesday and thursday and another stage race next weekend so pros are in town from all over.

My club hosted a women's only ride with the pros with both local and visiting women's pro racers.  It was fun and about 40 women showed up! The best part was hearing how all the Pro's got dropped all the time their first few years of racing.  They all emphasized the patience involved and that it really does take years to develop as a cyclist... there is hope for me yet!  And half of them all started as Triathletes!!

try putting this into your computer and see if it will come up. I have saved this as a favorite on my computer and it takes me to the spreadsheet everytime. No lon in required.

http://spreadsheets.google.com/ccc?key=pfYL7DR_dx-BUDYckTTnqcw&hl=e...

I just went into the website from the url above and it went directly to the Columbia team page directly.

Perhaps this would entice everyone to finish quickly. Wine to be ordered separately.

Did my fourth stage today. Rode 278 to Badger Pass, an elevation change of 1100 feet. Loved the ride there, but pushed a headwind all the way back. Still managed to average 15+ mph, though!

I couldn't get into the spreadsheet today either. It says, "Done, but with errors on the page."

Thank you so much.  I have gotten all of the "miles" in that I have promised to do so far.  Would you like me to give you dates and miles?  I believe I had said 12 stages @ 240 miles.

All I need is the number of stages and the miles completed to date.
You are right at 12 stages and 250 miles for your goal.

6 stages, 126 miles.  (the total was 240 miles, not 250 - I will be challenged enough to get those in :-).  Thank god we are heading up to northern wisconsin this next week, so I can get some miles in outside, with a trail behind.  Can I count that as extra miles :-)

Again, thank you so much for your help!
