Nah.  I know someone who did 500 butterfly as the race distance for 500 during high school.

its ok Ive caught a little of it... FWIW eventually your body will just fall asleep in front of the tv in protest... Im not to worried about you completely wearing yourself out!

heh... I plan on being on my trainer at 4:30am... so about four hours from now... for a monster trainer session while they hopefully show a lot of the men's TT on TV.  If not, I'll probably get the US vs South Korea in baseball.

Ok, so the mens TT just started, and I was going to just go ahead and stay up to the wee hours and watch it.  Then I found out how they're doing this thing.  It's two laps on the route they did for the road race.  So, in order to avoid that many riders on a loop course, they have three groups of riders.  They send off a rider every 90seconds for one group.  Then they wait 42 minutes before they start sending off the next group.

Translation?  Night Nibbs!
