This is NOT good. Are you RICE-ing it??? It didn't bother me after yesterday's 5 miler, but after this morning's 5 miler its bothered me all day. Now I am breaking in new shoes but everything felt GREAT yesterday. I can't figure it, but I spent a lot of time walking on my feet yesterday, and that could be part of it. Then definatley start straight away with the ice/elevation/compression.... to reduce any inflammation that might be there... and consider alternating between the old and new shoes until the new ones are 100% ready...

Not too bad... I got out of bed on the wrong side this morning so Im resisting the urge to rant and rave! Im fed up with the nutrition/exercise thing as well which isnt helping!!! After 8 weeks I NEED to see some results to keep the motivation up and the girl at the gym just gave me on of the stupidest answers nad responses i have EVER heard... she is lovely but seriously... If you eat 1300 cals a day and burning 1268 in one workout there is an issue with the eating plan... seriously! Oh and doing 1 BIG monster legs workout a week is not the solution to the lack of results I am getting on the plan... Im like twice her size so Im getting the impression she doesnt really 'get' it!
ooops I wasnt going to rant! |

But watching my kids go through their grief and sadness is just heart-wrenching. We got his cat bed up in the den with us. He twitches every now and then and won't close his eyes. I dread tomorrow. I don't think I can stand to be the one to find him. I know if it's not over by morning, hubby is taking him for his last trip to the vet. This is the worst part about pets. |

Pro 4507 Simpsonville, SC | Subject: RE: Nibbs XXIV Mu husband loaded the cat into his car. He didn't want to take him. Preferred to have him pass at home. But this is really awful because he started seizing. I know he doesn't want to go down there now, but I can't bare the thought of having the poor cat thrash it out alone in the laundry room tonight. |
