I'm definitely still around though -- not going anywhere.Blagels - 2008-11-03 7:19 PM Hi Team! My name is Blake and I enjoy cute girls, long walks on the beach and Sesame Street. Good luck all, and let there be plenty of trash-talking this month! PS - esc is a hottie... I was starting to wonder where you disappeared to. Good luck this month. A job that doesn't support a BT addiction? Maybe I should have a talk with them. Guess you need to learn better time manaement skills. Tough life! I'm not complaining ... It's all by choice! I love it, to be honest. I love hard work. |

I am currently training for my first half-marathon. I got a 6-miler in yesterday and feel great. I will try to get in some strength training this evening. I am married with two kids ages 6 and 4, so most of my workouts are at night when everyone is asleep. Keep up the good work and have a great Monday!
Hi Jana! Great job getting the workouts in when the little ones are asleep |

Veteran 217 Beaumont, TX | Subject: RE: Ground Pounders Team Thread - Nov USMC Challenge I am going to hit the trainer 30 minutes tonight. I have a few questions about the challenge: 1. If you run 30 minutes and then after you run you strength train for 30 minutes does that count for 2 sessions? 2. If I train on Saturday but not able to logon what happens to that session? Does it count toward next week or the current week? Thanks.

Nice bike ride today! what if it was like say in Hawaii? I would be willing to make the sacrifice and spend my winter in Hawaii, if you're offering I did yoga this morning -- that's hard work! Hoping to encourage my knee to stop being such a pisser -- I'd really like to run one of these days and so would my dog. Have a great Wed. everyone!!! |

1.It is a hit or miss system, so only one point allowed per day and only if you get the 30 minutes required for that day. (from challenge organizer tlnewman's challenge summary) 2. Not sure, but I think it would count for the day you did it, even if you can't log it right away. But if you already have your 5 or 6 points for the week, it wouldn't count anyway, so it wouldn't be an issue, so the moral of the story is get your points early in the week and don't worry about it |
