Rest Day!!!!! Glorious, glorious rest day!

I *heart* rest days!

I wish today was a rest day!!  Legs are a little tired from yesterday's long run.  Tonight I'm meeting up with my running group for a nice, easy 4-5 mile recovery run.

WEEK 1 TEAM RANKINGS:

The following rankings are based on what is in the spreadsheets as of Monday afternoon, and assumes everyone has updated the spreadsheet for the first week of February. If that's not the case, well, I guess it will even out next week. If anyone needs to change or modify goals, please let me know via PM. Keep up the good work, everyone!

Team Washington - 26.66%
Team Edison - 25.94%
Team Lincoln - 19.24%
Team Galileo - 18.96%

Holy Buckets Team!  We're in last place - say it isn't so!

I know we will rally and take them by surprise in the end

I didn't put any of my info/workouts into the spreadsheet! Who's the helpful one out there?

Don't fret guys, last week was a rest week for me, I'll be cranking it up this week and next.

Most people would refer to me as AR in that scenario. I'm glad you didn't mind, though!

And now I home.

Man, do I sweat a lot.  Seeing as how I am already wet, I think that I will hop into the shower.

Goodnight all.

We are last.. no way. I'll need to update the spread sheet myself. I have been travelling a bunch and traded workouts for yard stuff this weekend BUT the weather is turning to winter again so that means no spring fever outdoor work and more training work.

I have a 80 min bike to try to fit into a 60 minute lunch break.. anyone have a time machine handy?

Happy Hump day all.

Now you all are scaring me! I would have to pony up and join. I HATE mornings. I have to be at work at 7:00 and that would mean getting up and DOING something ACTIVE... EARLY.....

is coffee drinking a training goal?

Depening on the drinker, that could be a really nice cup o' Joe- or a really scary one.

Kelli, Just read your morning letter. Perfect.

Maybe we do need a morning challenge........ I did NOT say that!

Morning workout challenge......now that would be a tough one.  I can't imagine what time I would have to wake up in order to get a workout in and get to work by 6.  Let alone what time would I have to go to bed to get a good night's sleep before said workout....

Although when its nice out I will commute a whopping 2 miles to work by bike.  I'm not so sure a 10 minute ride would constitute a workout though....

I go to bed at 8pm...sometimes earlier.  It is crazy.  I haven't seen my roommate for a while.

And I thought my 7:00 with out a commute was difficult. Maybe you should take up unicycle commuting. THAT would be a 2 mile workout.
