| Uxbridge | Subject: RE: Team SHAMROCK: Stick to the plan Great weekend for me! Yesterday biked 22 miles and ran 10..then did a 5 min OWS (temp was 41*). It counts when its that cold BRRRRRR!!!! Today swam 1500. I'm feeling a little fatigued. I'll be a little sad to see the month end...Shammies have been a great motivator for me!!!! |

That's AMAZING. I didn't think that I would go over 100% on any of my goals, but I actually had a morning and an afternoon run today, that'll be two sessions which is one more than planned... YAY!

My previous high training volume for a month was 1,537 minutes... I'm sitting at 2,257 for March with 2 days to go... Thanks Shammies... |

Things were WAY too quiet on these threads , glad to have stirred the Pot (of Gold) Leprechaun as you know are the most mischievous and trickster type of untrustworthy souls on the Emerald isle apart from the black and tan which are really not that hard to figure out as they are as thick as the ever present fog .
