No problem, work comes first! I was waiting there for ya though... thanks for cruising by to tell me you weren't going to make the run... otherwise I would have worried about ya.

While I like not having to go home before I run... that's an odd area to run in. I mostly ran though the parking lots... but I did get to see the pool!

Your best bet would be to head east down Windhaven and then go south down midway - I always see people running through there - or - roll over to Arbor hills for the run... They have a great running area....

All right... it's that time again! Hill repeats Thursday! I will be there tomorrow.

This is my recovery week though, so I'll probably do the clover leaf a few times versus just up and down Windhaven.

Eh, if I do it will be a 2 mile run. Depends on how far I go tonight. If I make it 4 miles tonight, I only have 2 miles left to kill for the week.

Since it's a recovery week, SLOW miles are what I would need to do... so around a 10:30-11 mm.

That's right about my speed anyway I have to figure out how the schedule is going to go tomorrow. I have the bike, a swim, and a run on the plan, but there are only so many hours in a day...

I will be out there a bit earlier than that just doing repeats on Windhaven if anyone else doesn't want to do the "little girl clover leaf crap" with KSH. Ha!!!!
