NOVEMBER Peach Challenge! (Page 6)

Little yoga this morning.  Jorge's plan & I have an evening meet up

Still peachy with runs and walks and stretching!  The hubbs is out of town for the week, so I'm hoping to stay peachy with lunchtime runs and dog walks.

I'm not feeling peachy today for some reason.  It is going to take a big effort to get a run in today (it's finally cold).  Just down mentally and physically and not peachy.  Hopefully the threat of missing a day and posting this will get me out there.  I already missed my planned run at lunch.  I have two more windows of opportunity left today.  Run home from the bus stop and/or take my family to the pool and trade kid duty with my wife so we each can get some laps in.

Despite the low spot today, I got a run in and guess what?  I feel great!  The peach challenge prevails again!

 A Peach Run in Honor of my best buddy, Ripley, who died this morning unexpectedly of old age (if that is possible?).  He lived a full life and we had a ton of adventures together.  He left quietly and peacefully in my wife's arms. 

Ripley was a dog who thought knew he was human. 

Ripley...I will miss you.
