As of right now swimming is a bit behind last year, other two look good.
I'm going to be training right through miami this year, no taper or rest before habd.
I have two big races for me (little smokies half IM and two weeks later rockman half IM ) that i need to do well in, so i am going to let the miami sprint go to the back burner in an effort to squeeze some more training in there.
Starting this week training will ramp up from 10-12 hours a week and build over the next few weeks to just under 20 hours in a 6 week build before a short taper into little smokies.
