I like the other ones more cause they have experience....but he's going to research the gastrocs tear so he can work within my limits but still stretch me some. That makes it worthwhile. Goals for December.....keep on swimming 3x/week Bike.....3x/week, HOPE to do a Spinerval this weekend to see if I can start Jorge's plan next week Run.....as much as I am allowed, 3 miles nonstop is the goal.
