Today's daily dose from your very own Keeper of the Inspiration: meet Phillip Morrison, a senior at Stanford University. I admire him for his rock hard body that I'd like to adorn incredible spirit. He has been a chronic pain sufferer for over 11 years (before he took up swimming), and despite not being able to lift his arm enough to brush his teeth on some days, much less swim, he has captained the men's swimming squad at Stanford and become one of the country's top collegiate freestyle and IMers.

OMG, I want to gnaw on those abs.

Is that a promise? Because you know I will hold you to it....

Umm yeah... thats not a HUGE rivlary hon.... not to be mean but I think you could outswim spokes without even trying

Just want to make sure your logs are up to date so I can start working on the spread sheet Monday.  Looks like most of us have gotten wet some this week Hope Chrissie is getting well enough to jump in and Isis decides that swimming isn't the monster enemy at the beginning of her tri to get wet soon My weekend is getting more and more packed so I doubt I'll be sneaking off to the pool for some quiet time   Not to worry though cause we planned the yardage on 4 hrs swimming a week and factored in the gym being closed on Christmas day (I swim Tuesday and Thursday mornings)

Don't be jealous...I am jealous that I am not on this team. That wasn't a drive by posting I put up there, i had to linger and gaze at the pics. I could swim a minute 100 free if I was chasing one of them! Why are the guys so much better looking than the girls?

Umm Cat logged a 4600 metre swim on Satuday so its now a bit closer than that... since its Pats rest day...
