I just laid out my schedule for the week and it's going to be aggressive. I'm starting with a swim and trainer ride today, then hitting the running mileage hard all week with another couple swims mixed in. By Saturday I should be in a much better place. Stupid injury is ruining my challenge!

Uh-oh. Looks like someone voted me off the team! *ahem* I think I'm about 35% on my overall goals, though. I need to get out and bike, which means going slow with the fam in tow, or getting a(nother) sitter to stay with little man since he's not in school for another 2 weeks.

I can't believe I managed to do that again!  I'm sorry.  I should just start sorting the spreadsheet instead of looking through and trying to get everyone.

Right. And I'm not browsing BT and IMing friends intently focused on important work. I'll need to go now and finish that up...

Just did my first swim in 2 weeks, 1650y. It felt good after I got into a rhythm, but I really wish I didn't have to swim with one arm. I hope the doc has some good news for me on Friday.

Today is a rest day, so I did a core workout instead.  I've got 2 done of the 10 for the month.

Just so you guys know, I am done swimming for the month.  Dee let me lower my swimming goal to what I have done, so I'm at 100%.

I'm having problems with my eustachian tubes constantly being plugged so every time I swim I get seasick.  Treatment is going to be at least 2 weeks, so I'm out for a little while.

No worries, Jen! There's no way I could keep track of everyone in this crazy crew.
