Champion 6225 | Subject: RE: Show us your Ghoulies - Halloween Run Challenge Page #2 MORNING GHOULIES.... its a GOOF OFF DAY for me. the boys are home. were gonna stay in our jammies til late. go out to lunch. take in a movie - hmmmmm i wonder which one - and get our halloween costumes purchased. i hope Party City has a flying monkey costume no workout for me - 5x800s tomorrow and another swimmy on Sunday. have an uber super day! stacieb ps. so good to read BILL that your back is feelin' better. its the spin i did and the SOCKS im tellin ya. they're MAGIC. |

I couldn't believe how cold it was this morning, it woke me up for my morning run super quick. I had an interesting racing experience, Mountain Epic at Sunday River Ski resort in Maine. Did a 4miler there, 1.5mi was up hill. Was shocked when I saw people walking up, I quickly learned why. The race downhill was super super fun. Keep running everyone!! |

I am doing a test run tonight and if all is good then I am back on schedule tomorrow and I will bump my goal back up a couple. If pain follows then I am sticking where I am and heading to Chiro on Monday. You guys have a great weekend. I will drop by here and there and try and keep up. Remember when we hit 100 pages - Time for a new (yes another one) thread! Have a great Friday everyone! shhhhh let it be quiet...I am almost caught up...if you think pg 57 is almost caught up! |

Sounds like some parental jail time is due in these peoples case. I would suggest other things but that is not nice of me! x2. I have a bit of a beef with publicity stunts in general, but when you fake a life-and-death situation involving a small child in order to gain notoriety, my blood starts to boil... |

I feel bad for all of the rescue workers who were out there searching for the kid. They got duped by someone just looking for a little attention. |
