Saw someone else selling my product on the weekend so now trying to talk to them and get it resolved without some lawyers getting involved. But thinking I better start talking to some lawyers now though just in case. Whats the product? Patents seems so complicated.....and probably best to get lawyers involved anyway. Can't really say, waiting to get closer to business set up before I get it patented in the US. Patent laws internationally protect me with the Aus patent as I got in first in most countries, however the US has to be different and only protects you once you patent it in the US Yeah, thought there was something awkward like that internationally. |
