I srsly h8 my boss today. She was really mean for no damn good reason. And she wonders why we cut her out from information. The absolute best way to kill my productivity is to pizz me off. The absolute way to get the most from me is to be thankful and complimentary.

pitt83 - 2010-10-11 9:17 PM Went with Balvenie doublewood single malt. Quicker preparation, delicious and effective. Made a very good vegetarian pasta tonight. Giada deLaurentis recepie. Easy and delicious. Even my picky eater daughter liked it.

Hmmm Well then I will be as thankful and complimentary as you need. 

My boss is no winner on the motivational score either.  She has something between a superiority complex and a martyrs complex.  You will never be as good as her and sadly she has to deal with that fact all the time.  She likes to give something to do with no direction on how she wants it done then when you have failed to read her mind and do exactly what she would have done she belittles you.  It is fun for me at work some days.
