YUMMY! Even better than a hot boy! {{TANGEMELONS PRESS}} I don't care if you are stinky and sweaty. Heck, that's a bonus. I ghostwrote several Pilates training manuals l and I've never taken nor done any Pilates. But I knowz my readin' and ritin' and 'rithmatick. Pilates mat? Hello my Yantilicious! {{{TANGEMELONS PRESS}}} If you're looking for sweaty, I'll definitley be drenched later as I'm going to go home and ride George for a few hours while I watch Game of Thrones. I haven't even read anything on Pilates so I'm going in blind - but I also think that's going to be part of the fun - no idea what to expect other that it should make me ache tomorrow!
Fun! That's one thing I have tried yet... aside from a friend's workout video in college... Let us know how it goes! |

I think I'll go to the pub. Which, of course, will make me ache tomorrow. |

I blew through the first season of Game of Thrones pretty much in one go. Pilates may or may not make you ache tomorrow. A good instructor will identify you as a first timer and let you (and everyone else know) to go at their own level. A naughty Monica will probably push it anyway. Instead I get to read a book, best described as terminally boring, about some crusty, old guy who was important way back when because he had something to do with something. I haven't really really really wanted a cigarette for a very long time. I finally quit smoking (still smoked, and I mean regularly, off and on well into endurance athletics) November 2009. Hm. What a blessing. To not, and not want to. Although if I had to read a book like that, I'd probably want to like, snort lines or something. |

Fingers crossed, Sharyn! My company Christmas party is this weekend, too. I have decided not to go. Funny how that happens thanks! i thought about this tho. is there ever a 'good' time to let someone go? not really. so. i'm over worrying about it. i have tried. prayed about all this for months. at the end of the day, all this stress isn't healthy. how are you doing btw? There really isn't. And, like you said, you've done your part. If it happens, it happens, and then you gotta move on, that's all there is to it. I'm doing fine. I'm still bitter that they are making me work these 2 weeks, but it's probably for he best, since my gf is in exams, so I'm not constantly distracting her from her studying... It would be nice, though, to actually be able to work on making my resume better, applying for jobs, etc, as opposed to just sitting around, doing menial odd jobs. Yes, by law, they can request me to be here... but really, do they actually expect me to do a lot of work? Hence my long weekend |

My intense desire to smoke was triggered mostly by the blinding rage I am feeling this morning over the reports about my own service disrespecting the unidentifiable remains of service members. But, enough of that. I guess it's too bad for you that when your doctor comes to visit, he'll actually have to be your doctor instead of just "playing doctor." |

However much your rage is justified (and it is), it doesn't suit your pretty visage. BLAH about the doctor! He's not that kind of doctor anyway. He teaches other doctors how to cut people up nicely. He's always making fun of how I slice up whole fish to eat it, which I find kind of disturbing. Not the fact that he owns a body lab. That seems normal. |
