So I rode the trainer today for 20 miles, then I was going to run. It was dreadmill time and I was bored. I looked down and BAM..... face plant. No wounds other than my pride. So much for a brick today

Having a job where I can work from home is FANFREAKINTASTIC! I got to have breakfast in bed with Keri this morning, and Caleb just talked Keri into going down to grandma's for a little while so I could bake her cake.

THERE WILL BE CAKE!

I'm working until 12:30ish today, then we're going to TGI Friday's for lunch. Can't do a special dinner tonight because Keri has a softball game. They beat a tough team last night and are 3 games away from finishing the season undefeated. GO FLAMES!!!

In all of my previous jobs I have always tried to get in there early so I could get more work done. Once people started coming in and would stop and talk, emails started coming in, and the phone started ringing I could never get much done.

Good morning Ghoulies!

Had a good time celebrating Keri's birthday yesterday. She had a softball game last night, she played GREAT! She had a triple, her first ever, and a single. She batted in 3 runs. And she made plays for 2 outs. FANTASTIC KIDDO!

Both kids had a friend spend the night, so after breakfast we went into the park for an hour and a half. It's getting hot here so we came home. I hope you all enjoy the holiday. Stay cool. Stay safe!

I hurt myself yesterday at the park. I pulled a quad while running bases. I felt it when I did it, but it didn't bother me too much so I kept on playing. Once I got home though, into a cool house, and I sat down for a bit I REALLY FELT IT. I'm taking my heavy duty prescription strength muscle relaxer and anti-inflammatory. I hope that helps it quickly!
