I'm already crackin' the whip! The boys will start packing the truck soon. I have to work until 11:30. As soon as we are cleaned up from lunch we are heading out the door.

I am off to take the dog to get a hair cut and inspect at the State park. They got 6 inches of rain yesterday!!!!

Good morning Ghoulies!

We are home. I can't stand up straight, and my right leg is numb, but I'm comfy in my recliner right now, so that's something.

Had a blast at Robin's. She liked the zip lining, don't let her tell you anything different. Turned my daughter into an adrenaline junky while we were there. And both kids said on the way home that when they get summer jobs they don't want to work at a fast food restaurant, they want to be some sort of cool guide. GO KIDDOS!

Ann's Family rocks! Nuff said.

Talk about a crazy schedule! How much more med school left?

Well its actually crazier than that cause it doesn't end there. So after Toronto I'm in Edmonton until the end of November except for a possible side trip with Neal to do the Rock and Roll Half Marathon in San Antonio. Then off to Calgary for two weeks, Maui for 3 weeks, Edmonton for 2 weeks, CARMS (across Canada interview period) for 3 weeks, Calgary for two weeks, somewhere for 1 week, Edmonton for 3 weeks (MATCH DAY--MARCH 5), California for 2 weeks, Edmonton for 4 weeks, somewhere for 4 weeks, FRANCE for 2-3 weeks and then residency starts!!!

So somewhere like 9 months left of med school.

I had to get up this morning, put on pants, and go to work. I haven't had to do that in over a week.

I must have had foresight before vacation, too. I have myself a pain clinic appointment this afternoon. Today was to be the day I started seriously working out for good. There is usually to be no strenuous activities for 24 hours after an PC appointment though. Depending on how I feel I may go for an easy walk this evening though, then start working out tomorrow.

I TRIED to get up and run this morning, I really did. I snuggled in for more zzzzz's instead. That means the dreadmill, the price of laziness.

Good for you Ann, to get your pain shot in before you seize up completely and can't move at all.
