i am Neal!  thanks for asking

No, you are TinkerBeth, not Neal.  You must be delirious from being sick.

^^^^^^uggg I did it again!

You're probably not scrolling all the way down in the message and typing your response where the cursor resides when you get in the post.  It happens to me sometimes, but I count the quotes and readjust/edit/modify.

oh man,  I squished my friend's IM Arizona poster.  I was going to take good care of it and mail it to him once he had a new address.

It just has a few slight creases in it.  I hope it wasn't too precious to him.

YOU DID WHAT???

He's a fast learner.  Those have been quite good, too!

well here you go...the post that got the ball  melons rolling

HA HA HA ... I wish. I had a massive tooth (teeth) infection into the bone and made me really sick last week. My boyfriend took me shopping for mooshy food and we were laughing about the horned melons. So he grabbed the sticker off and did this:

What a day. I didn't even log into BT until 6:40 and that was very quick. It was just nutty. But I got in a reduced volume swim this morning per my coach's adjusted schedule so another peach even though I'm sick!

I'm off to sleep. I need to rest up for tomorrow's brick, 50 mile ride, 4 mile run. All on the trainer. Yikes!

I hope you have some good movies to watch!

Good job getting peach even though you are sick.

I was going to try to catch up on all the posts I'd missed, but I saw this and decided I was better off not knowing.

I completed my Mary today.  I am sooooooooooooooooo flippin' sore.

Did the ice bath, too.

THAT WAS PAINFULLY BRUTAL!

which was more painful, the Mary or the ice bath?

The last 6 miles of the Mary, and the first 10 min. of the ice bath.  OWIE!

Phil, can you walk today, or are we going to have to send someone over there to roll you over to your computer so you can pad your post count continue to inspire us?

I tried it once(the ice bath) and got 1 foot in and said this is not for me!

Let me tell ya, you HAVE to force yourself, but it WAS worth it!

I have an 11 mile run on tap today.  I think I'm gonna wait for it to warm up a little before heading out though (its only 20 out now, supposed to be a high in the 50s)

The trick is to get in the tub empty, turn on the cold water and dump in the ice when the water covers your legs. It isn't so bad.

Great pic Phil! I wear a fleece, shorts and socks for mine. Never tried a hoodie, I'll have to do that!
