I went for a big diner breakfast and then was on the couch for 4 hours, slept for about 3 hours of that time. I finally dragged myself out for a swim though so I didn't deviate from the plan. After advil, 2 naps, 20 ounces of coke and a swim I finally feel semi-normal. Way to still get out there K! |
