Huh!  NO WAY!  I was sleeping soundly, thank you very much.   Hats off to you, though.  Have a great weekend.

Nothing particular is scheduled.  That is a very nice break from the last month and the week's to come!

I plan on getting in a couple of runs and a bike ride.  Other than that clean house, do paperwork, grocery shop, etc.  DH is reroofing the deck so that will keep him busy.

Dh and my first date was a white water rafting trip.  Lots of fun!

Hi guys--I seem to be doing a lot of driveby posting this week. Some days that was a good thing, trust me.
I am heading out in a few minutes to take a troop of teenage Girl Scouts to the local amusement pak for 12 hours or so. I hope I come home with my sanity intact and without being scarred for life. Teenagers. Female teenagers. All day. *help*   

It went straight into the rearview. My kids have been in school for a week and a half already!

OK, I've gotta do some wrapping up around here but I'll check back in a bit. I hope everyone's having a productive slacktastic Friday morning/afternoon!!!

I worked 4 hours today then called it a day. Last day with the old company, what are they going to do?

I went and picked up information on puppy training classes. After that I got an order of wings for lunch. There is this dive bar in a tiny little town that makes really good wings. They have a rub they call DUST that I like to order. DELICIOUS!

Had a short nap.

Now I'm working on cleaning out my desk so we can move that out of our bedroom and into my sons. We'll move his desk who knows where. Puppy crate will be going in our room. My husband is not thrilled about that. He'll get over it.

We have are fireman's carnival again tonight. It started last night. My husbands family is in charge of bingo. I was a bingo caller last night, I think that's what I'm doing again tonight. We had funnel cake last night. I'm thinking of ice cream tonight. The carnival is the only time I'll eat butter pecan ice cream. I like it, I just save it for the carnival.

I've got the muscle stim on my hamstring now and I'm eagerly awaiting my massage tomorrow morning.

OK Ghoulies, I'm outta here! For the next 32 days I'll be as close to a civilian as I've been in almost 11 years. Goatie, flip flops, and slacking off here I come!!!

What does it mean that I read that as SLACKS OFF?

So today was filled with more errands...pharmacy to get a prescription filled, grocery store, book store, coffee shop for a gift certificate...back to the pharmacy to pick up my prescription..back forth back forth. Packing up the truck to drive to Cowtown tomorrow. Prepared dinner for my friend and got her a present because she if coming down to cowtown with me. Shish ka bobs with chicken, steak, shrimp and veggies and rice!!! Woooo...BBQ!!! Yaaaaaaaaaaaaa...she is coming over soon to chill tonight. Gonna prob watch some awesome chick flicks haha. Yaaaaay. Did a short bike and swim today. Felt a little sluggish at the beginning of both, but felt better by the end.

Hi ghoulies! 1 more quick check in. My ride is over. I hit a rut in a bad section of road. It grabbed my front wheel and I flew over the handlebars. Concussion, 7 stiches over my eye, tons of road rash and bruises. Im in the hospital overnight for observation. The good news is nothing is broken and I should be healed up for IMWI. Good times

Doctor (to be) services offered already to Neal directly :P. Haha. Im on my way to a movie right now. Going to see the Swedish film "the girl who played with fire"...i am being forced to go out. Hha. Oh well. I want to see this movie and its too hot to sleep anyways and I finished up packing all my gear to hit the road tomorrow!

Yaaaaa...so its 2am...im too amped up to sleep...2am...need to get up at 5am to drive down to Calgary. Yeaaah. Ok. At least I will sleep tomorrow night? (In theory...) Just felt that I would keep everyone in the know and distract myself from the "ok...you need to sleep now...ok now...now would be a great time to fall asleep" talk. tomorrow is aug! Wooohooo
