Good morning Ghoulies!

Yesterday afternoon, when the kiddos were home I packed them up, grabbed some basketballs and we headed in to the college. We went to the field house, and there was a group of people in there, so we walked down the street and tried another gym, there was a group of guys playing basketball in there. We walked back to the field house and I found the guy in charge of the other group, he was the track coach, and asked if he minded if we played basketball on the other side of the gym (field house is very large, and there were only a handful of kids in there). He snapped at me that he would mind very much, he has the gym from 4-6. So I took the kiddos home and we played basketball in the driveway for 40 minutes. :-/

I have had just about enough of the guy from the other department coming over and 1) telling me how to do my job, and 2) telling me how he doesn't like how my entire group does our jobs.

My boss wanted to move him over to our team when the other guy left, I am SO glad that never happened, I would have had to find a new job, I wouldn't have been able to work with him. He knows everything. He knows better. He knows this. blah blah blah. I call BS!

I can stand people like that.  Glad too, for your sake, that you boss did not move him over to your group.  He must be glad too since he doesn't like how the group works.  Too bad you can't mention that to him.

So, last night met the GF of my son.  She is very nice.  We liked her.  Woot!

Yay! Liking the GF is huge! There were so many of our kids "friends" that we thought very little of. It is hard to watch a slow motion train wreck with the ones you love

run, chores, yardwork, housework, bike, then it will be the work week again.

Where are you hiking?

If I go, I think I'm doing a 3ish miler. Steep first 3/4 mile. I mean STEEP! Beautiful view from the top, then the rest is down around an old fire road. 

Right now I'm sitting in my chair, running a fever, and I feel like there is a trick tire parked on my face. There is SO much pressure going across my cheek bones and nose right now. It feels better to have my eyes shut than open. The rest of the family is out of the house, so at least I can get some rest right now. I might soak in a vapor bath if I can get out of my chair.

I am knee deep in my 3rd glass of wine. Ahhhh the love. My son is making my son mad ans I just sit here and sigh. And giggle.

Life is good!

Oh boy That first post should say my son is making my husband mad...and I just laugh.

There is a smaller vehicle parked on me today. Some of that crap is running down the back of my throat now, and my chest feels scratchy.

I went outside and played basketball with the kids for 20 minutes. Then I couldn't breathe for the next hour. I'd like to go to bed now please.

I hope you went to bed long ago and wake up feeling MUCH better!
