lisac957 - 2012-09-26 10:32 AM Cheri whats up with the Captain?

All is well, continue to date.  Finally after a year of dating, we are starting to talk about the "bigger picture stuff".  Seeing him 2 days a week and one weekend a month for travel.  Going to Napa valley next weekend, bucket list item for me.

We obviousily are not in a rush, both having been married, have kids and are done having kids, and see no real moves or options for relocating for 2-4 years.  FOR today it works?!?

Was in Napa on Monday! Silver Oak is a must stop. Mondavi was beautiful. Many aren't open; was saddened that Opus One was not open to the public Copolla in Sonoma county was terrific! His 5 oscars and the envelopes from the ceremony are on display as is the Godfather's desk. The pool and cobanas looked great; you may have to reserve those ahead?

Staying in SF, and going to Napa all day on Saturday and staying in a BB and then back to SF.   And Siliver OAks was on the agenda, so YAY!!

Also visiting Artesa per my bosses affiliation and relationships there.

SUIT weather....guessing not??  Too cold for this chica

Question:

Does anyone know BT's rules on asking for donations? I have looked around, but not found anything and not sure I am looking in the right place.

Generally in the form of pointing and laughing.

The kind of pointing and laughing that Cord gets when he brings a girl home for the first time?

It's in the Forum Guidelines under Guideline 7: Spam.

Guideline #7: Spam

We hate it with the burning passion of a thousand suns. We do not tolerate unsolicited advertisements in the forums and we have zero sympathy for spammers. If you post unsolicited ads for your commercial website, product or service, the product name and website url will be immediately and permanently placed on our filtered words list. Affiliate links and coupon codes from which you benefit in any way are considered spam and are not allowed. If you own, operate, or are employed by an endurance sports related business be sure and read Guidelines 12: Commercial Users  for specific participation guidelines. Please contact BeginnerTriathlete to discuss advertising opportunities.

Threads soliciting donations for charity are not allowed in the general forums. Donation solicitations are not to be sent via the PM or Inspire Me systems. We support efforts to raise funds by racing (we’ve done it ourselves) but with the number of people here who do fundraising the forums could quickly be overrun with solicitations of all kinds. If you are seeking donations for a charitable effort we recommend putting a link to your fundraising page in your signature.

The above includes “click here to vote for...” threads.

Exemptions may on occasion be granted regarding charities and “vote for...” threads. Contact an administrator to seek an exemption.

CERTAINLY suit weather! The pool at Copolla was beautiful! Silver Oak had a real party type atmosphere. Everyone laughing, socializing and having a good time! Mondavi is like mecca for winos. It lived up to the hype for me.

Just put pictures up in my albums for you.

I am starving and it's still 40 minutes to lunch. Maybe I'll go early today.
