Well i was at my friends 30th but after a couple of hours I just couldnt handle the no one talking to me thing... so Im home... Weird... Im normally GREAT with not knowing people at a party but I think it is possible I was the ONLY single person there and it was VERY clicky and very few people would even talk to me... I tried so hard too! Ive never had it so HARD.... |

She says that you are not a member of the decision-making process regarding this issue, and that you need to wait until a decision is made. In fact, you're not even to discuss the situation with ANYONE. (Actually, she yelled that last part.) 4) Someone calls you, and accuses you of not handling the situation correctly. Do you tell this person your feelings on the matter? Or just follow your boss's command to not discuss it? The problem that I have is that if I don't tell the person my side, she'll think that I was involved in the (bad) decision that was made. Then again, this person doesn't really "matter." It's just my personal reputation that will be affected, and only with this person.... I kind of want to tell this person what happened. But I'm also worried that word will get back to my supervisor. After my boss said to stay out of it, I referred her to two people (my boss, and the person in charge of the other department). I don't know what transpired, but she still seems to think that I'm responsible. |
