All the time. I just ate pretzels. I justified it by claiming that I needed some salt. Ahhh.... The old "justification" game - I know thee well.... Exactly. Now, what ELSE should I justify? |

Suckage on work front, but I'm glad you got an offer on the house. I hope the negotiations go well. And I will suggest alcohol as a remedy for those overworked brain cells. Kill them off, that'll show em Every time I try to take my bike outside it rains. That doesn't bode well for my tri! Funny, I was just thinking about beer. I have this beer bread mix sitting in the cabinet at home, and should make it this weekend. And, of course, you can't buy just one beer.... Unless it's a 40 oz of Malt Liquor. I prefer buying 2 and playing Edward Fortyhands Colt, Schlitz, or the Green Big Mouth?? I like Mickey's on a rare occasion. |

Run outside. :P ebshot - 2009-06-10 9:37 AM My run plans have been derailed! Boo. I went to the Y and all the treadmills were taken. I'm not one to wait, especially for a pitiful 20 minute run. So, I will either try again this afternoon or just do it tomorrow. More likely tomorrow so it won't have to be on a treadmill. I vote for tomorrow. Just say no to treadmills! No kidding! I hate the treadmill. Stupid Wednesday's. Liam doesn't have school. So I have to tote him with me when Bry isn't home. Boo. |

Elite 3595 Quebec, Canada | Subject: RE: Taser Running serendipity - 2009-06-10 11:30 AM Morning everyone! (Wow, it's actually almost afternoon here. Where did the morning go?) Work is making me crazy. Everyone is tense and at each others' throats. I don't like it. I took this job to get away from that kind of stuff, and then they went and changed things and made everyone grumpy. On the bright side we did get an offer on the house yesterday. We are now in the negotiation phase. It's only been 9 days since we put it on the market, so if it doesn't work out I'm not too worried. It's just more to think about on top of work. I think I'm taxing my brain capacity as it is. I was really lazy and put my bike back on the trainer this morning so I could watch TV instead of worrying about where I was going. (And there is a carnival at my son's school this evening which got rained out yesterday, and I didn't want to make it rain again.) Tomorrow is a run day. I hope everything will work out for the house |

I got some (well, very little) speed work in this morning. It's going to be a crazy day at work, but I hope to get a bike ride in this afternoon. Keep your fingers crossed for me! BTW Cheri, I just read your race report from your HIM. Congrats even if I am late, you did an awesome job out there Thanks! It was fun, but I'm so glad it's in the past now. I thought about the idea of doinga HIM or not this year, the distance really appeals me but I finally decided to wait till next year. Now I can't wait I am planning on doing the Montreal Half Esprit in September..... that should be fun.... I will be there, I will be doing the Olympic distance, I am raising money for the kids of Leucan with this race. If you want to read about it check out my web site http://www.robertlejeune.com |
