More like a ride in the park than anything but it was fabulously beautiful. Now I am off to the doctors AGAIN for the same ear/sinus infection that returned. I am going to HAVE to get the dr to refer me to some one who will figure this out if he won't take the initiative. Constant life force draining infections are NOT good for Robin. Hope everyone had a great F4 day and has a better Saturday. |

Family picnic later on but I won't be there long - I have to bring my daughter to babysit for a wedding. For that I am very disappointed because I will have 2-3 hours of free time to workout or sleep! I think sleep might win out today unless I decide to buy some road tires for my Masi and go for a speed ride with it! Well I will stop by later - have a great day! Oooohhh, poor Bill.... I am sure you will be able to handle it.  |

Soo...I just realised that I remembered everything humanly possible for tri...but neglected to bring ANY normal clothes...haha...This came to light while debating what we were going to do for dinner...we are just going to a pasta place, but I figure as awesome as showing up in a cycling jersey and tights is...I probably shouldn't...haha...So I am borrowing my friend's dress and a cardigan that she brought and wearing my spandex underneath...as I also neglected to bring any underwear...nothing...good job me..Sorry this is TMI but I figured if anyone would appreciate it, you guys would! |

Oh there are no pictures...It was a slightly (ie. very) revealing dress and no bra...nuh uh...I kept feeling like I was falling out!  Classy. So I ate with the cardigan wrapped around me. I dont think I hve ever done a tri and not had it rain at some point. At least im used to it. Dee: I wore my compression tights, a sports bra and a tech shirt yesterday for the drive. Haha |
