Why isn't my life like a situation comedy? Why don't I have a bunch of friends with nothing better to do but drop by and instigate wacky adventures? Why aren't my conversations peppered with spontaneous witticisms? Why don't my friends demonstrate heartfelt concern for my well being when I have problems? ...I gotta get my life some writers.
Although hanging out in THE VILLAGE does sort of solve this problem. |

I had looked up info about the writer and shared a bit of info about the writer that I thought was interesting. I guess the teacher thought it was trivial. Ah well, I should be past it by now LOL |

How about the fact that Abraham Lincoln actually was reported to have a very high pitched voice. changes how you think of "four score and seven years ago" when he probably sounded like a Smurf! |

She was my favorite teacher. She was our English teacher. She had a couch in her classroom, I would go there during study halls and nap. I know she was just trying to push me. I slid through a lot of high school without even trying. I could do nothing and get B's. With a tiny bit of effort I'd have had A's. I also received several awards for my writing when I was in HS. A couple of them were on the national level. I know she meant no harm. She's one of my FB friends. |
