I want Beth's legs.

No, no, I did not mean that I want my legs to look like Beth's legs (okay, well, that too) ...

I meant, I want Beth's legs.

But if you have Beth's legs, how will she be able to paint her toenails and wear little red shoes? (Plus, she'll look kind of funny when she tries to run.)

ROTFLMAO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

haha when i was in Uni and working late one night that song came on the radio and we went tearing around the hallways screaming it and throwing ourselves around on office chairs...

What else do you do at 3am?

Smash cockroaches in the coffee room.

Hitting Dennys for a very early brekkie was always fun too! Then there was the night we thought hitting the sand dunes naked at 5am in the middle of a southern winter (in New Zealand) was a good idea... for the record... it wasnt!

I heard that in order to join this team you had to post a pix, can I join!?!?! I have one goal for November, to work on the core. 15 Core workouts this month is a must and I hope to get some inspires to beat me down into doing them all! Tongue out

You all are partying like Rockstars (I so sick of that phrase!!!). I tried reviewing all 44 pages but man I have work to do After 14 I jumped to 42, did I miss anything in the middle???

I must say it is most unfair of you to have posted that pic while we are at work. Do you seriously expect us to get ANYTHING done now???

I'm just hoping to not get hauled down to HR for blogging with these pics... of course, most of HR is female, so I should be safe.........

After a tri...

Last spring.... the running has made a bit more cut since...

THAT'S what I'm talkin' about!!!! NICE!

Rassmussen? You're WAY better looking that Rassmussen!!

Shoot. The office is closed!

Nice, Nice, Nice, Nice... I have a lot of pages to catch up on... and, ahem, it may take a while... no skimming, here...

spokes - 2007-11-07 8:08 PM Dee - I can jump in here and say that all the running I've done has paid off in a BIG way.

Last year, at this time, I ran 10 miles at an 11:42/mile clip.

Now, I can do it in 8:35. That's a wee bit of improvement.

After the marathon, I'm going to focus on speed work for the first quarter of 2008. Most of my races are in the 2-4 mile range on du legs, so I need SPEED.

I need to figure out how to run/jog without hurting my knee or ankle.... I did 1.65 miles walk/jog on Sunday, and my knee and ankle are still not on speaking terms with me. (Actually, they ARE on speaking terms, and they've let me know they aren't happy.)

I too have issues with knees - and now the foot thing

what has really worked for me is to go very slowly - alternating walk/jog - for example 2 min walk, 2 min run - slowly building on the intervals over time

when i approach it this way, my knees really do pretty well
