tlnewman30 - 2008-10-07 2:26 PM Last year I didn't run for 4 or 5 weeks after the run.  Tyring to avoid that this year.

Hey, SuperCat, dear - what's with the double no comment post pad??  Hmmmmmmm???

And a Kristin TOPPAGE - unplanned.

tlnewman30 - 2008-10-07 2:38 PM I might try to figure out how to squeez a half ironman in there somehow.

I REALLY want to do one of those... only I figure I dont really or I would have found a way by now?

They aren't too bad.  I've completed 2 - the Spirit of Racine.  Good race.  Flat bike course.  Lake Michigan is something else to swim in, though.

tlnewman30 - 2008-10-06 11:17 PM So I signed up for a 5k called Sceam Scram.  It's 5 days after the Marathon.  Looks like it should be a blast.

They do a halloween run in Indianapolis called "Run Like Hell".  It's a costume contest more than a 5k.

Last year's costume contest winners - Lunch Ladies.  They did the whole 5K with a table full of real food.  They stopped to feed folks every once in awhile.

ROFLMAO!!  Did these guys win, too?  Very funny!

'Morning Dark Arts. I'm going to do the elliptical today to get in some miles. Both my feet are super tight so I'm going to alternate and run tomorrow, elliptical Thursday, run Friday, then see how I feel. Baby steps...

Whatever it takes to pass the time. I haul a$$ on it too, to mimic running, so imagine what my fellow gym goers must be thinking - freak!

Ok, time for me to go to that four letter word place, "W-O-R-K."  It's just as bad as any other four letter word you can think of in my opinion.

Oh he!!, going to lose 'em anyway....

Phil signed off earlier to run and hasn't been back.   Must have had enough post padding for one day

The forearm starts to cramp up from all that pointing and clicking and mouse movement, then typing.  It needs a rest from frivolity.
