They aren't too bad.  I've completed 2 - the Spirit of Racine.  Good race.  Flat bike course.  Lake Michigan is something else to swim in, though.

I just updated the spreadsheet with my goals - I updated the formula as well, I just copied from someone that had the same mileage goal as me
