I have been feeling streatched lately and have not made it to the gym in over a week.

We have a Cajun place that serves crabs and crawfish run/owned by asians.  It's AMAZING...  and was featured on Man vs. Food....

This particular business does a lot of advertising with me and the owner always jokes that they get a bag stigma because it's a Greek Rest. that isn't owned by Greeks.

I think they have arguably the best Greek food in the area, and that's saying something.

It's SO fun too (if you like it messy and juice on your face! hahahaha!).

They bring it out in buckets and dump it out on the table you and you just grab it and eat everything with your hands.  FUN!

I don't understand the aversion to juice on the face... all you need to do is make sure you've got a towel close by... just try not to get any in the eyes, that could sting. 

Sounds like fun... we shall have to go there during the field trip!

Do they have good Gyros?  Cuz that could be one of my most favorite food items EVER.

Got one from a stand in Santorini Greece once, could be one of the best things I ever ate.

If you haven't been to Santorini, go.  Could be one of the most beautiful places in the world, IMO.  I recall sitting out on the veranda of a restaraunt on a cliff over looking the bay at sunset, drinking greek beer and sipping on Uzo, feeding a tiny kitty some extra potato chips we had.  It was amazing.

So far the job is slow, slow, SLOW... but that's because the people that I'm supposed to be working with have yet to be hired.  So... I'm sure that I'll be thankful for the slow days in a couple of weeks, but for now I think I could set a Guiness Record for thumb twiddling.
