Here's the plan: return to reading anatomy texts in bed and see what happens.

It sometimes ends in a nap for me, but my success rate is quite high since I do almost all of my studying lying on my stomach in bed. Despite activating my baroreceptors in this position I still have low blood pressure! However, I have elbow nerve issues and shoulder soreness because of it.

I can't stand sitting in a chair at a desk to study.

I can't either...  By bottom hurts...  which is suprising considering I have decent padding.  Wink

Hi Ghoulie Crushers... Happy Friday!
Got a trainer ride in this morning.  I now have 6 bike workouts and 5 runs in the books (55% of plan).  So I'm still a little behind, but will make it up somehow.

x2 again. I think I am going to plunk down some cash and get some winter compression gear. I bought recovery tights a couple of years ago and am amazed how awesome they work. Our local running shop just added a hole new line of compression products

rnihill - 2010-10-22 8:57 AM Apparently I'm out here by myself...  I will be checking in throughout the day.  I have run and strength planned for the day.  Hopefully a bike tomorrow and another run on Sunday...  but we are going to my SIL's Sat-Sun for my inlaws 60's birthday party.  Fun, fun, fun...  At least we are bringing the beer!

well we must be in the same age range, my mom turns 60 on Saturday

It's weird but back when "compression gear" as such didn't exist, I'd often wear really tight pants or even pantyhose (yes those granny kind) after a long run. It just felt better.

yeah the technology is pretty much the same, apply pressure to keep the blood flow and aid in recovery, just wish I would have thought of it and could enjoy the money tree Money mouth
