Only my wife has been in my apartment and she sat on my lap... Or I sat in a camp chair which was not comfy.

. Problem with that is that when the family joins up, I'll have to lose all my new friends and find some new family-friendly friends...

I may head to RunTex tomorrow AM to find some slow pokes to join on my 10 miler.

Right now, I could find Tridork friends and go on long rides/runs when the sun is up.

When my wife and kids join up with me, I'll be back to working out when nobody is awake and spending most of the daytime with my family or at work.

I'm also going to move from an apartment to a house that is 10 miles away.

new neighborhood, new school for the kids. Only thing that'll stay the same will be my work peeps and my church peeps.

Almost certainly just my own dirty mind because I didn't know the STD chair story before this

you and i have different definitions of the word "friends."  i change my schedule for my friends, not change my friends for my schedule.

Thanks! The deadlift has tons of improvement and the strength will come quickly when my hip plays better with me, but the strict press is a good number and will be very hard to improve on for awhile.

Oops .. you are correct.  Well maybe the chair could have boiled a bunny back in the 80's.  During his drinking days.

He was part of the rodeo circuit for a time ... he's had quite a life.

Tony .. there is an Asian guy that has the same name as me on FB and Twitter and such ... I kinda like if you Google me you get him .. he's dapper .. vests, bow ties, poetry/nerd (or whatever those horrid glasses are called) . and he's Asian.
