Man, that sucks. Not just that Scout left, but WHY he left. I was chatting with other BT'ers the other day that echoed the same thing. The "attitude" on BT is shifting.

Sad, really.

Hm, and I thought my experience was unique. Someone PM'd me and complained about the challenges, TAN, people on BT, BT in general, and so on.... Hence the new and improved avatar. Too bad that Scout left. Yes, he posted on TAN. So what? That didn't lessen all the knowledge he has, and was willing to share.

I like the new avatar. 

I don't understand why people are annoyed by TAN or the challenges.  Anyone can come chat in TAN and anyone can join the challenges.  I've felt more welcome in those two groups than most other places on BT since I joined (and that was over 2 years ago).

I try to look at it this way... if you are in a room with 100 people chances are there are some people you will love, some you will be friendly with, some you will tolerate and a few you will avoid...

BT is bigger than 100 people so you get more of each elements... but Ive met some amazing people here and generally everyone has the best of intentions at heart

ITs no secret I love the challenge forums and the supportive element there and I think anyone who questions TAN should look at the serious training support you have all given each other...

AND... I only pop in here from time to time but Ive always felt very welcome

Well, I've got 2 little rodents who are pounding down my door at 6:30am, so I don't really have a choice. The coffee is usually ready for consumption by 7am. Yup, that's my day...

Life is grand when they get to be old enough to get their own cereal!

not to get sentimental - but, what i can promise is that the time will fly by faster than you can believe

my kids are now 18, 17, and 12 - and well - sounds cliche', but it REALLY does seem like it was just yesterday i was getting their breakfast for them and wishing they would just sleep in! :-)
