lots of legs - but you probalby already figured that out

Pam's anniversary is coming up  14 years

Tammy had dinner with her hubby and must have had at least one beer - lol

Sharon just got back from spinning - sock marks to prove it

Sal's been out doing market research - had a good day and a yummy lunch

Hector has had the best day ever - except he hans't been able to see all the legs at work - he's working toward his 1/2 marathon

lyssa ran today and is now trying to figure out what to do

Dee is looking forward to december - and is trying to figure out how to run without hurting her knees

Spokes hates to swim and Tammy had to set him straight

Yanti wants my legs

Cat's wanting to run and trying to be patient while waiting for her orthos

Jeni is sitting on a panel today - that was this morning - hopefully she'll check in soon and let us know how she's doing

Brynn had an AWESOME run and her foot is feeling better

Atlantia just can't stay away and we lover her for it

Gail posted a pic - sort of a before and after if you will ;-) her as a child and as an adult

To sum it up, it has been another funfilled inspirational day!

LOL - my pleasure!  I just hope I didn't leave anyone out - but, if I did - I know the team will forgive me

I am not surprised at all on the # of emails - I left work, went for my run - yep run! ate dinner and had something like 90 new emails - almost all posts from the nibbins!

Nice pics today aren't they - in fact one of the pics followed me from page 52 - page 53 and then mulitplied - AMAZING! (hint, might be the one you are refering to ;-)

Ha ha ha thanks! If I don't beat him, it certainly won't be for lack of logging miles. He has been doing basically NO running. My volume hasn't been high, but I'm clearly getting faster! He's gonna have to buck up and start pounding the pavement if he wants to run with the big dogs. Or little dogs, as it were.

So, what's he been doing?  swimming?  HA - trying to beat me is he?  LOLOL
