should i be worried if the entire top of my left foot is bruised??

(i sprained my left ankle 2 weeks ago, today is the first day i did anything physical but it was just bike riding, i took off my shoes and bam....blue foot...)

. Possibly. The initial internal injury fluids are making their way up through the muscle and such, but it wouldn't hurt to get a better medical opinion and checkup.

1stTimeTri - 2012-11-30 3:56 PMI've been summoned to attend my wife's office party. There'll be karaoke. Mostly older (than me) white folk with probably tin ears and no moves. Gawd help me. I WILL have to scream out AC/DC and make them deaf.
You must mean "I'll fit right in!"
Oh, you didn't just state that??!! You're officially on my short list. NO SOUP FOR YOU!
Come now. I can deal with no soup, but I couldn't take Tony's spot. I think you should start a new list with a different title.
OH SAH NAP!
^^^^Was that your back? Told you you'd fit in.

Hip...

Sorry bro... Had to.

. It would be more of a CREEEEEEEEEAAAAAK and POP sound more than anything.

That's strange. I've had similar things happen with feet/wrist/elbow...sometimes nothing, but a bone in my wrist was broken. Does it hurt? Breaks don't always hurt.

don't want to worry you. Ice it I guess.

Not to be a downer, but I just heard about the Kansas City Chief who committed suicide in front of his coach and gm... He also killed his girlfriend. Just makes you sick. So sad.

it doesn't hurt at all today -- it had been hurting pretty consistently over the past 2 weeks though.

J's dad told him about it earlier today...they're all Chiefs fans. Just a young walk-on kid ...obviously overwhelmed by something in his life. Horrific choices he made today
