I'm just happy that the whole "holier than though" cloak was stripped and the very ugly underbelly exposed. For Spanier to go after Curtis Enis for recieving a suit to attend the Heisman awards while he KNEW Sandusky was raping boys on campus is beyond disgusting and the true heart of my disdain for that program.

It's things like that story that make me so glad that they crucified the hell out of Jim Tressel because a couple of players got free tattoos.

Hmmmm..... probably should have used the sarcasm font, huh?

Just got back from my trail run and man are my feet killing me.

I love how my Garmin gives me no credit for the fact that those 6 miles included all kinds of zigging and zagging and climbing over boulders.

I really like when I get in the shower after that run and I can see all the dirt pour off my legs into the tub.

I love that, or the taste of sweat as I rinse my face / hair.   Is that strange?!

Ran 9.4, cringing as I watch the Packers game, and just drank a Leinie's Oktoberfest. Good day so far.

Just did 15 miles... longest run of my life.

It was 53 degrees with a light drizzle the whole time, and it was awesome.

Time to shower, refuel, and relax by watching my Browns stomp the Raiders :-)

We're going to go run for about 45 minutes. It's like 60 out. Must take advantage!

.

Really no need to go further except in a race. That 53 degree line is like the best running weather for me. I had 77 and a lot of humidity so I was a sweat box halfway in.

Happy weekend TAN!

So far a very good weekend... WINE and cheese night with the girls on Friday - between 3 of us we polished of a bottle of amazing bubbly and 3 bottles of cab sav, plus a few mini cupcakes each just because.

Yesterday was Christmas decoration shopping - for which I'm so very happy that I even feel like celebrating the holiday festive season this year

Today was brunch with Tony's sister (NOM!) and then our first outside run post IM which didn't suck!  SUCCESS!

Charlie Batch has displayed numerous times why he's a third string QB. And not the best choice even at that tier.

Why aren't there more guys like Leach (Baltimore Fullback)? Lorenzo Neal had a long career doing the same thing he's doing. And you can't run over 2000 yards in a season without a guy like that. If you're a small size guard on a college team, I would say you could play the blocking FB position on just about any NFL team.

Henry Hynoski, New York Giants. He's a homer and an incredible fullback. I don't know why teams don't value the position. Especially a decent blocking FB in today's passing league.

At this point I can only apply for a Green Card - and because Tony and I have been married for less than 2 years, I'll only get a temporary Green Card which means that I get to pay the lawyers another $1000 to reapply in 2 years for another one.  Yay.

I think Harbaugh drank all of Tomlin's good basement pop. Only a 'burgh homer will laugh at this, but if you're curious...
