Boudin is a cajun delicacy. Ground pork (or crawfish tails - yum), rice, spices & seasonings stuffed into a sausage casing. Grilled or boiled, it is DELICIOUS!

sounds great, unfortunately one of the medications I take makes my taste buds hyper-sensitive. I can taste the chemicals in tap water that most people find flavorless. It is pathetic how little seasoning I can handle now. I'm afraid Cajun is not an option for me-so you can have my portion too.
