I didn't think mine got out, but I chased it around for about 5 minutes before I decided to look in the house. My cat is inside looking at me like I'm crazy. Look at the positive... at least it WASNT your cat! I am very happy it wasn't her. She's hard to catch when she gets out and starts running. Keeping track of a 103 lb dog is hard when she gets loose... can't imagine chasing a 10lb agile cat... We just let our cat out to roam... sometimes he brings his own dinner home... works out pretty good... |

So.... 1) You got some unanticipated exercise in. 2) You traumatized a poor little kitty-cat. 3) Your own cat is now convinced that you spent 5 minutes playing with "another cat" while ignoring her. I think you should concentrate on item #1, and try to forget the rest. |
